Lineup

Uji Matcha Soba, supervised by a Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award-winning tea master

This matcha soba featuring delicious bittersweetness is finished through traditional production methods
.

We handpick tea leaves that pair well with soba, and carefully finish the product through traditional manufacturing methods including gogumi (blending) and hiire (heat sterilization) processes to prevent any loss of matcha's unique qualities.

As this soba offers the vivid color and elegant bittersweetness of matcha, we've boldly named it not "Cha Soba" but rather "Matcha Soba."

Uji Hojicha Soba, supervised by a Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award-winning tea master

Our commitment to perfect roasting fully draws out the aroma.

The hojicha, an ingredient of Uji Hojicha Soba, is created with peak aroma by dividing tea leaves by part and roasted matching for each part under the concept of "beautiful aroma."

(The scent of hojicha is said to have a relaxing effect.) The result is "A brand new kind of Cha Soba" with the deep and mellow flavor unique to hojicha.

Uji Gyokuro Soba, supervised by a Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award-winning tea master

Made with gyokuro, the pinnacle of green teas
grown with a commitment to soil preparation

Made with gyokuro, the pinnacle of the green teas of Japan. We handpick tea leaves that have been carefully cultivated from the soil preparation process onward. To obtain peak flavor, we use gyokuro that has been carefully finished through the neribi production method.

This tea is produced differently from ordinary teas. By shading the leaves for 20 days or more in the harvest season, the leaves become rich in the tea flavor component theanine. Using coarsely ground tea powder yields a tea leaf-like appearance in soba.

Gift packaging is also available,
perfect as a present for someone special.
